Urngh…….

Hi all again; I am writing this in school, and I am having to write a report on Magor Marsh [BOOORINNNG}. I should be an expert in the subject, as I live about 1 or 2 miles away from it….. But still, its annoying, nonetheless. This is what I have so far….

Magor Marsh Report

Introduction to the Marshland

The Marshland is the remnants of fenlands on the Gwent levels and a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest). It is a prime example of the succession of plant communities from open water to marsh and scrub woodland.  Bronze Age pottery fragments have been found and the present layout of reins (drainage ditches) date from the 14th century. There are many different species of animal, leading to many types of Food Chain and/or Food Webs. It is located in the UK, South in Wales, in the quiet area of Magor. Magor is in the city of Newport, one of the main cities of Wales, or at least one of the most well known.

What do you think? I’ll post something later today, after school. See you later,
